Welcome to Vendor-Tech

Vendor-Tech is a chimera.

Its head is an information resource, focused on improvingyour operations and technology. You’llget a monthly newsletter and weekly technology tips. You’ll get technology alerts andreferrals. You’ll also get a quarterlyone-on-one call with Gregg, the resident technology and operations expert. There will be surveys, with data coming backexclusively to Vendor-Tech members.Vendor-Tech will focus on process. You all have lots of great people and products, but process links those together to make a successful business.

Its body, and perhaps its soul, is a peer networking groupfocused on operations. You will be grouped with 10-20 non-competingbusinesses in a node. That node willhave its own email community. Nodes willhave a monthly facilitated conference call to address some issue of operationsand technology. In addition, questionscan be escalated to the entire Vendor-Tech network when necessary, letting youaccess a far larger peer knowledge base. As appropriate we can schedule a get together to let you meet your peergroup and tour each other’s operations and/or world class operations.
